Main    June 2003 Linn Grove Special Council Meeting May 21, 2003. The Linn Grove City Council met in special session on this date at the Linn Grove Community Center at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Graesing called the meeting to order. Members present: Smith, Wadsley, Ellis, Warkentin. Members absent: None. In attendance: None. Smith moved to adopt the agenda. Seconded by Wadsley. Motion carried. Smith moved to suspend reading the minutes and to approve the minutes from May 14, 2003. Seconded by Warkentin. Motion carried. Council Vacancy/Appointment. Warkentin moved to have official notice to the electors of the City of Linn Grove publish its intention to appoint a new council member. Seconded by Wadsley. Motion carried.
